I had an incredible lunch here. The souvlaki chicken pita was insanely flavorful, and the Greek fries were some of the best fries I have ever had. The lady at the counter whose name I believe was Analiz was so friendly. I will definitely be back!

The portions and customer service needs improvement. One guy working was very nice. Even the cook woman in the bag was smiling from a far which was cute. But there was this one really tall bearded guy that was extremely rude with his attitude and body language and more. The “platter” is a total rip off if you ask me. The gyro meat is good but thy don’t give you enough and it’s not really a platter. They should tell you it’s a sandwich next to the side orders. A gyro platter is a side order with gyro meat all over it and the bread on the side. Not a tiny sandwich next to the side order. Also it was $20 which is a total rip off if you ask me. The food tasted great though and the place was clean. You’re way better off eating at other similar places (lots of them out there) that give bigger and more generous portions for close to the price of this place or for less or for mush less. The rice was really good though.

First time trying this chain. Wasn’t disappointed. Got a massive portion gyro bowl w/ a drink. It wasn’t cheap but comparatively not bad because of the portion size. The guy that took the order was patient while I briefly browsed the menu too. Will def try another menu option in future.

It’s not fancy but if want good food, reasonable prices, and quick service then this is the place. There’s free parking right behind the restaurant, the atmosphere is casual but comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. While there’s not a wide selection, there are enough choices you shouldn’t have a problem figuring out what to eat. And for the price, there’s a ton of food. I find it hard to finish everything. I’ve grown to really liking the Niko fries, which have great flavor and I love how crispy the fries are. My wife enjoys the grilled chicken Greek salad, although she can’t finish it. Good food in healthy portions. It’s in a good place where there’s traffic flow and offer (limited) free parking. It’s very clean inside, casual layout, and welcoming and friendly staff. It’s relatively new so I tried a different item than its predecessor offered and found it really good. I had the Niko’s fries, which had crispy fries layered with meat, feta, herbs, and a house sauce. Very good, and filling. My wife had the fish sandwich with fries, which she absolutely loved.

I’ve been riding by this family owned Greek spot for a couple of weeks now. I’ve been meaning to check them out. Welp…today is the day!! Who knew they had quality food in here!! . Where I am: @biggreekcafe . Location Reviewed: 2732 Richmond Highway, Alexandria VA . Items Reviewed: DELICIOUS. Their Fish Sandwich ($10.99 a fried fish patty with fries, Greek sauce, & lettuce on brioche). Nicely fried, I just needed more seasoning. STAMP!! Their Grilled Chicken Bowl ($13.75 with rice, red cabbage, carrots, lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, lemon olive oil, vinaigrette, house made tzatziki, red pepper hummus and pita on the side). FRESH, hearty, tasty!! LIKE THAT!! Nico’s Fries ($10.95 Abed of fries with gyro meat, tomatoes, onions, Greek sauce, & feta). Stayed crispy fries, plentiful, with a tangy sauce!! STAMP!! Their Grilled Salmon Salad ($11.50 with greens, tomato, red onions, red peppers, cucumber, capers, olives, feta cheese and oregano, & OPA dressing). Huge, fulfilling, & fresh!! STAMP!! Their Big Greek Feast ($24.50 with pork, & chicken skewers, a gyro, fries, & a salad).STAMP the chicken skewers, & fries!! The gyro & pork skewers were LIKE THAT!! The salad was fresh!! STAMP!
